WARRANTY
All products purchased from our website come with a manufacturer’s warranty, giving you peace of mind that your item is protected against faults in materials or workmanship under normal use. The length and details of the warranty can vary depending on the product and brand, so we recommend checking the specific warranty information provided with your item.
The warranty is designed to cover genuine manufacturing issues and does not usually apply to damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorised alterations, or normal wear and tear over time. Some parts that naturally wear with use may also be excluded.
If you need to make a warranty claim, this will be handled in line with the manufacturer’s process and may require proof of purchase or additional information. Depending on the situation, the manufacturer may repair or replace the product, or offer an appropriate alternative solution.
While the warranty is provided by the manufacturer, we’re always happy to help where we can. If you have any questions about warranty coverage or need guidance on next steps, please feel free to contact us and our team will be glad to assist.
