The Igneus Pro 85cm Accessory Bundle is a comprehensive set of professional-grade tools designed to support efficient and precise pizza making. Suitable for use with wood-fired pizza ovens, the bundle provides everything required to prepare, cook and finish pizzas with control and consistency.
The set includes a Pro pizza peel, Pro turning peel, Pro brush, Pro rocker cutter and Pro dough cutter, offering a complete solution for handling every stage of the cooking process.
The 12” Pro pizza peel features a chamfered anodised aluminium blade with perforations to reduce excess flour, along with a long handle to maintain a safe working distance from the heat. The Pro turning peel is designed for accurate rotation during cooking, with a lightweight aluminium head and a 23cm turning surface for controlled movement within the oven.
For oven maintenance, the Pro brush includes a rotatable head to help reposition embers and a built-in scraper for removing burnt residue from the cooking surface. The dough cutter is manufactured from stainless steel with a rubberised grip and integrated measurements for consistent portioning and preparation.
Completing the set, the rocker cutter is constructed from stainless steel and designed to cut cleanly through pizzas with minimal effort, supporting a quick and consistent finish.
