The BonFeu Foodbumper is a practical accessory designed to make cooking on your BonBiza even easier. The plancha naturally slopes slightly towards the centre, and as it heats up, this can become more pronounced, which may cause smaller or round ingredients such as tomatoes to roll towards the fire.
The raised steel ring sits around the centre of the plancha, helping to keep food in place while you cook. It also allows you to continue using a spatula to scrape the plancha clean, with food residue and excess oil able to be pushed underneath the ring and into the fire.
Easy to position and designed to complement the BonBiza cooking surface, the BonFeu Foodbumper is a simple addition that helps keep ingredients where you want them while cooking.
