The BonFeu BonBiza is a striking outdoor cooking and fire feature, combining the atmosphere of a wood-burning fire with a generous plancha cooking surface. As one of the largest pieces in the BonFeu collection, it makes an impressive centrepiece for outdoor entertaining and is designed to bring people together around the fire while cooking.
The 80 cm diameter plancha provides plenty of space to prepare multiple dishes at once. At 6 mm thick, the steel cooking surface distributes heat gradually from the centre towards the edge, allowing you to cook at different temperatures across the plancha. From meats and seafood to vegetables and other dishes, the large cooking surface makes the BonBiza well suited to relaxed, social outdoor cooking.
After cooking, food residue and excess oil can simply be pushed into the fire using a spatula before wiping the plancha clean with a damp cloth. When not in use, the BonBiza can also be paired with a dedicated lid to help protect the cooking surface.
The BonBiza Corten is made from Corten steel, which develops its characteristic rust-coloured patina and is designed to withstand outdoor conditions. The BonBiza Black is made from steel and will naturally develop a weathered appearance when exposed to moisture over time.
A range of dedicated accessories are also available, allowing you to expand the cooking possibilities further. These include the BonPizza oven, Skewers Ring and Grill for Stand, as well as accessories such as the Rotisserie Set and Protective Lid and Cover.
