The METARTAL Teppanyaki Hotplate adds another dimension to your 'O' Grill, creating a dedicated cooking surface for ingredients that benefit from controlled, even heat. Round and refined, it is designed to fit seamlessly into the 'O' Grill's circular cooking area, combining considered engineering with practical versatility.
Laser-cut from a single piece of Grade 304 stainless steel, the 8 mm thick hotplate features expansion slots and a perforated underside baffle to encourage even heat distribution and help resist warping under high temperatures. Its solid surface retains and radiates heat evenly, making it ideal for teppanyaki-style cooking, sharing plates and quick bites.
From vegetables, eggs and halloumi to burgers and flatbreads, the hotplate provides a versatile surface for cooking ingredients that might otherwise fall through open grill grates. It also pairs perfectly with METARTAL's Signature or Heritage Spatulas, making it easy to turn, move and serve food as you cook.
Handmade in Yorkshire in small batches, the Teppanyaki Hotplate combines durability, easy maintenance and thoughtful design for outdoor cooking and entertaining.
