The Fontana Mangiafuoco Wood-Fired Oven combines premium Italian craftsmanship with high-performance wood-fired cooking, delivering exceptional heat retention and versatile outdoor cooking capabilities.
Designed and manufactured by Fontana Forni, the Mangiafuoco features a spacious 60 × 80 cm cooking chamber, making it ideal for cooking multiple pizzas as well as roasting meats, vegetables, breads and desserts. Constructed almost entirely from high-grade 304 stainless steel, the oven is built for long-term durability and excellent resistance to outdoor conditions.
The cooking chamber incorporates a high-quality refractory chamotte fire floor certified for food use, helping deliver authentic wood-fired cooking performance with excellent heat distribution. Natural rock wool insulation enhances heat retention and temperature stability while helping keep external surfaces cooler during operation.
Finished with electro-galvanised steel treated in high-temperature paint, the Mangiafuoco is engineered to withstand both high cooking temperatures and changing outdoor weather conditions. Available in Anthracite and Rosso finishes, it combines professional-level performance with elegant Italian outdoor styling.
