The Cozze G-500 Gas Plancha is designed for high-performance outdoor cooking, offering a flat cooking surface ideal for precision grilling and versatile meal preparation.
Featuring a smooth cast iron plate, it delivers even heat distribution across the cooking surface, making it well suited to delicate foods such as fish, prawns, eggs and vegetables, as well as high-heat cooking like smash burgers and searing meats.
Reaching temperatures of up to 460°C, it provides rapid heat-up and consistent performance. The two-burner system allows for controlled heat distribution, while automatic ignition with LED indication ensures straightforward operation.
Designed for ease of use and maintenance, the non-stick cooking surface supports efficient cooking and simple cleaning, while the integrated drip tray helps manage excess grease.
