The BonFeu BonBiza Island combines the warmth of a wood-burning fire with a generous plancha cooking surface and the practicality of an outdoor kitchen. Available in two sizes — the Standard with an 80 cm cooking surface and the XL with a generous 100 cm cooking surface — both provide plenty of space for preparing food while entertaining family and friends..
The large 6 mm thick plancha distributes heat gradually from the centre towards the outer edge, allowing you to cook different foods at the same time. A BBQ grill grid is included as standard, giving you the flexibility to enjoy both plancha cooking and traditional grilling over the fire.
The BonBiza Island also provides useful workspace and storage. There is space beside the fire bowl for a large Butcherblock, while the area beneath the worktop can be used to store cooking accessories and additional logs. The sturdy wheels make it easy to move the island to your preferred position in the garden.
Finished in durable Corten steel, the BonBiza Island is designed to become a striking and practical centrepiece for outdoor cooking and entertaining. When cooking is complete, food residue and excess oil can simply be pushed into the fire with a spatula before wiping the plancha clean with a damp cloth.
A range of dedicated accessories are also available, allowing you to expand the cooking possibilities further. These include the BonPizza oven, Skewers Ring and Grill, as well as accessories such as the Rotisserie Set and Protective Lid and Cover.
